Shipping policy

1.Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2.Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal convenience fee of ₹ (70-99) may apply to COD orders (if applicable).

3.Delivery Timeline:
Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location (Bhilai and nearby areas might receive it sooner).

4.How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5.Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
Please note that our courier partners may have limitations on delivering to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a complete physical address for hassle-free delivery.
